ePostcards:  As of June 1, all chapter treasurers are able to file their state and federal e-postcards. Look for the directions below this note. Be sure to send a copy of your confirmation to me.  Do not attempt to file before June 1.

Cash Flow Statement (Formerly C-1):  Chapter treasurers also need to file their chapter Cash Flow statement.  They may either use the copy below or the spreadsheet on the international website.  A copy of the completed Cash Flow Report must be sent to me.

All e-postcard confirmations and Cash Flow Report copies must be completed and sent to me by July 31, 2024.   Contact me, Diana Galvan, if you have any questions.

New chapter bank account:  If you are opening a new chapter bank account, the bank may require an “Articles of Incorporation” letter, included below on this web page.  You will also need to provide your California chapter EIN number, a copy of your chapter’s most recent CA ePostcard, and a copy of your chapter minutes indicating your election as Chapter Treasurer.  You may need a copy of your chapter’s bylaws, which may be found on this website under Bylaws.

Raffle Update:  If you plan to hold a raffle, please complete the required registration form and submit it to the CA Department of Justice.  Updated Directions and the forms are included below.  Raffle fee is now $30.00.
