Becoming a 7 Pearl Chapter:
Chapters earn “pearls” from June 1 through May 31 each year. One pearl, up to a maximum of seven pearls, is awarded for the attainment of each of the criteria as identified on the A∆K Pearls of Achievement Award Checklist (see below). A chapter will be recognized as a “7 pearl chapter” if it meets all seven criteria; a “6 pearl chapter” if it meets any six criteria, etc.
7 pearl chapters will be recognized annually with a Pearls of Achievement certificate mailed to the chapter president following the end of the reporting period, and the specific Pearls designation earned by each chapter will be reported on the A∆K International website each fall. The pearls report may be tracked on the International website and is updated each December 1 and March 1 (see below).
